Sparring Seminar with Miss Abate at Hillsborough

For green belts and above, this seminar will focus on various sparring strategies, techniques, and combinations to prepare for the upcoming Summerfest Tournament. This seminar will count for 2 class credits. Speak to a staff member to sign up. Cost: $20
