Power Breaking Workshop at Hillsborough

January 18, 2016 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

This workshop is for experienced breakers looking to build up
numbers and bone growth. We request that participants have
the ability to break at least a stack of four 10” boards to attend.

Cost: $35 (attendees must bring their own materials AND 4 cinderblocks to use as stands)

Techniques we will be building:
Pavers: elbow, palm heel and side/spin side kick
Wood: 3-directional breaks, speed breaks, bats,
twin breaks

Blue stone, ice, watermelons, coconuts, cross-grain wood breaks,
and other materials will be featured in the next workshop.
