Three day self defense course teaching basic strikes, releases from holds, weapons defense, and improvised defense & counter-attacks for one or more assailants.Perfect for college-bound seniors, college students, working professionals, stay-at-home moms, and high school students. Participants will receive a custom IMA Knockout t-shirt (that can also be used to enter the summer photo contest!)
