Our Programs

We offer classes in traditional martial arts as well as mixed martial arts. Our programs have been specially created to stimulate learning, challenge ability levels, and give you every opportunity to achieve your personal best. Traditional martial arts offers classes 6-days-a-week. Mixed Martial Arts is offered 3-5 days-a-week, depending on location (ages 6+). All classes are taught by one or more black belt instructors. Kickside Martial Arts offers a variety of junior, teen, and adult courses.
