Men's Program

Kickside Martial Arts will get you in the best shape of your life! Whether you are looking to gain strength, confidence, or endurance, our courses will give you the tools you need to build muscles, increase your range of motion, and decrease the stress of your everyday life.

 

  • Traditional Training:
    Go back to the original way of Korean training. Includes hard-style self-defense patterns, deep stances, full-power kicks and power punches, and the mental challenge that you cannot get from a gym.
  • Sparring/Fight Training:
    The most intense cardiovascular workout available. Challenge your martial art skills against a live opponent, in a controlled environment. This allows you to increase reflexes, speed, and gain confidence in a confrontation.
  • Modern Training:
    The most realistic fighting style. Kickside incorporates up-to-date martial art innovations to keep our style on the cutting edge.
  • Board Breaking:
    Test your technique and strength by focusing your knowledge on wood or brick. This aspect of our curriculum empowers you to overcome mental barriers and gain confidence in the power you have learned to harness through your MMA training.
  • Self-Defense:
    Learn to protect yourself, your family, and your friends. Kickside uses concept builders and partner drills to help you master the ability to escape or control any situation.
  • Target Drills:
    Unleash your body's potential! Working with partners and targets, learn the most effective and powerful way to execute a technique.
  • Stretching:
    Increase your range of motion. Stretching is done at Kickside during each class. Which will protect your body from everyday injury.

 

Adult classes are offered 6 days a week.

WINTER WEATHER - REVISED SCHEDULE:
Monday, January 26
Due to last night's snow and dropping temperatures later today, road conditions are expected to become icy and potentially unsafe. The safety of our students, families, and staff is always our top priority. To help everyone avoid dangerous travel, we will be running a revised schedule at all locations, with classes moved earlier in the day before temperatures drop.

BREAKING WEEK:
February 9 - 13
All green & up classes will participate. Save by pre-ordering boards in the KickShop. Deadline for pre-orders February 6.

Please make every effort to pre-order enough boards for breaking week and testing. While a limited supply of stock boards is generally available, we cannot guarantee all sizes will be available.

GEAR ORDERS FOR SR. YELLOW & SR.a RED BELTS:
Gear must be ordered for students testing for Green Belt, and Black Belt. Black belts may also purchase heavy-weight embroidered tops, HW pants, and weapons. Deadline to get gear in time to train after rank promotion is February 11th. Order in the KickShop, choose your location.
