Sparring Seminar for Green & Sr. Green at Montgomery

Learn the basics of sparring, practice hitting proper target areas, and have some fun free sparring rounds with other sparring beginners. Students must bring full sparring gear to participate: head, hand and foot gear, mouth guard, jock support /cup (for boys)

$5 to attend. This seminar is being offered at Montgomery. Space is limited. Sign up in the office.
