Come to learn basic self-defense for beginners and advanced self-defense for those more experienced. This seminar is open to both students and their siblings (at least 6 years old). Parents and older siblings are welcome to join as well, in order for the kids to have a more realistic experience when practicing their self-defense. TKD uniforms are not required, just something comfortable to be able to move around in!
