Secondary testing is for all eligible students, white through sr. brown, who were not promoted at the October primary testing. (see below for more information on eligibility).

Zoom Testing 12/5 to use same meeting ID and password as classes.

Students may also test IN-PERSON during live class on Monday 12/7 or Tuesday 12/8. Please contact us if you plan to do In-person testing.

A testing list of eligible students will be posted in the lobby (and shared on Zoom) 2 weeks ahead of the testing date. Students who have a minimum of 4 stripes and all their classes are eligible to test as long as they know their entire form without mistakes. Find your name and fill out a testing application. All Senior Yellow Belts testing for Green Belt at Secondary Testing need to order sparring gear by November 20th. This will ensure it arrives in time for them to train with the required equipment. Click here for the sparring gear order form.

Collar testing is for black belts (and students age 15+ over the rank of brown belt) who want to test for a trainee instructor collar (RWB) or an assistant instructor collar (Blue). In order to earn a RWB collar, a student must have helped with 20+ classes and know the full white – sr. yellow belt curriculum. Blue collar candidates require 104+ classes at trainee level, knowledge of full curriculum up to current rank, teaching drills 1–3, and understanding of how to use assistance of a trainee collar during class.
