Open Mat Workouts

Due to continued power outages we are still unable to open for a full day of classes. Instead, we are offering an open mat from 3:30-6:00 (light permitting). Instructors will be at the school to work with students on forms in an informal manner. Please consider safety first and only come in if you can safely traverse the roads.

Updates will be posted as conditions change.
