Pre-requisites: 20 classes as instructor helper; White–Sr. Yellow Belt curriculum (Forms\, One Steps\, Self Defense) \nAssistant/Blue collar pre-requisites: 100 classes as trainee instructor\, all curriculum up to your rank\, warm-ups\, drills 1–3. \nInstructor/Red collar pre-requisites: 125 classes as instructor\, reframe & reinforce concepts\, know stripe requirements for each belt\, full curriculum and instructor drill knowledge \nChief/Black or Jr. Chief/Black collar: 180 classes as instructor\, all prior instructor requirements\, office and membership knowledge\, delegating and using assistant instructors during classes.
