DESCRIPTION:Primary testing for all NJMAA schools has been postponed for rain and will now take place on Saturday\, October 24th. (In the case of inclement weather on 10/24\, we will hold the testing inside and schedule a make-up date for the sparring portion only.)\n\nLocation: 1225 State Rd\, Princeton\, NJ 08540 (Outside by route 206\, near Burger King)\n\nThere will be no Zoom classes on 10/24 due to instructor presence at testing.\n \n\n\n\nTesting Group\nStart Time\n\n\nWhite – Sr. Yellow Belts\n9:30 am\n\n\nGreen – Sr. Blue Belts\n10:00 am\n\n\nBrown – Red Belts\n11:00 am\n\n\nSr. Red/Black Belt Candidates \n11:30 am\n\n\nBlack Belts\n12:00 pm\n\n\nStudents who tested for Probationary Black Belt in July and ONLY NEED TO SPAR\n1:00 pm\n\n\n\n\nNote: Testing and rank ceremony times are for your CURRENT RANK\, not the rank you are testing to become! Students should arrive 15 min early for their testing.\n\nTesting Procedures:\n\nClick here for the colored belt testing application (for White – Sr. Red Belts)\n\nClick here for the black belt testing application (for all Black Belt ranks)\n\nA list of eligible students for this testing will be posted in the lobby approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. Please find your/your child’s name on the list and fill out a testing application. Brown belts and above need to list their board breaks at the bottom (and get those breaks approved by an instructor when turning in the application). If you need a different belt size than the one listed\, please let us know.\n\nStudents are required to know their belt information\, achieve necessary stripes\, and attend the required number of classes for their level. Please visit the belt info page for a list of all this information.\n\nSPARRING EQUIPMENT ORDER FORM\nAll Sr. Yellow Belts must also turn in a Sparring Equipment order form by October 1st. All sparring gear must be ordered through Kickside Martial Arts.\n\nBLACK BELT PACK\nAll Black Belt Candidates that want an embroidered heavy-weight uniform\, black gear and weapons must turn in a Black Belt Pack order form by September 17th (one-month review day)\n\nBOARD BREAKING: Brown Belts and above must supply their own boards for testing. It is recommended that you bring extra boards in case one breaks during set-up.
