SUMMARY:Primary Testing -- October 14th (No classes\, except pee-wees)
DESCRIPTION:Primary testing for all NJMAA schools will be held on Saturday\, October 14th at Warren Middle School (100 Old Stirling Rd\, Warren\, NJ). There will be NO REGULAR CLASSES on this day due to instructor presence at this event\, except for AM pee-wee classes (8:45 am in Montgomery\, 10:00 am in Hillsborough).\n \nNote: Testing and rank ceremony times are for your CURRENT RANK\, not the rank you are testing to become! Students should arrive 15 min early for their testing. \n\n\n\nCurrent Belt Rank\nTesting Start Time\n\n\nWhite – Sr. Yellow Belt Juniors\n11:30 am\n\n\nGreen & Sr. Blue Belt Juniors\n12:15 pm\n\n\nWhite – Red Belt Teens/Adults\n1:00 pm\n\n\nBrown – Red Belt Juniors\n2:00 pm\n\n\nAll Sr. Red Belts/BB Candidates\n2:30 pm\n\n\nAll Black Belts\n3:00 pm\n\n\n\nTesting Procedures: \nClick here for the colored belt testing application (for White – Sr. Red Belts) \nClick here for the black belt testing application (for all Black Belt ranks) \nA list of eligible students for this testing will be posted in the lobby. Please find your/your child’s name on the list and fill out a testing application. Brown belts and above need to list their board breaks at the bottom (and get those breaks approved by an instructor when turning in the application). If you need a different belt size than the one listed\, please let us know. \nStudents are required to know their belt information\, achieve necessary stripes\, and attend the required number of classes for their level. Please visit the belt info page for a list of all this information. \nSPARRING EQUIPMENT ORDER FORM\nAll Sr. Yellow Belts must also turn in a Sparring Equipment order form by September 30th. All sparring gear must be ordered through Kickside Martial Arts. \nBLACK BELT PACK\nAll Black Belt Candidates that want an embroidered heavy-weight uniform\, black gear and weapons must turn in a Black Belt Pack order form by September 16th. \nBOARD BREAKING: Brown Belts and above must supply their own boards for testing. It is recommended that you bring extra boards in case one breaks during set-up. Breaks must be approved prior to test and written in on student’s testing application.
